Sarah Semajuste

Sarah is a passionate Real Estate investor and Land Developer in Ottawa, Ontario. She started her investment journey by investing in multi-family properties, but shortly after decided to focus on land development and short-term rentals.

Sarah strongly believes that every person can obtain financial freedom and achieve their wildest dreams by educating themselves and taking small consistent steps towards goals. Sarah’s passion for real estate has led her to become a speaker and mentor to others.

Aside from real estate, Sarah is the co-founder and co-host of the YouTube channel and Podcast Same Page which dives into various relationship topics, real estate investing and personal development. She is also the proud mother of a beautiful two-year-old boy. You can listen to her podcast on all podcast platforms including Spotify under the name Same Page.
